Jerome C. Williams, Jr. was born in the State of New York (Brooklyn) & raised in Long Island (Valley Stream). After graduating from St. Francis College (N.Y.) with a B.S. in Biology, he worked as a Paralegal at the Law Firm of Weitz & Luxenberg located in downtown Manhattan.
